Christian Cigar Association Statement of Faith

A concise confession of the faith that shapes our fellowship, our welcome, and our conduct toward one another.

    Scripture

    We believe the Bible, consisting of the canonical books of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God. It is our final rule for faith and life.

  2. 02

    The Triune God

    We believe in one God, eternally existing in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each person is fully God, sharing one divine nature, glory, and majesty.

    The Lord Jesus Christ

    We believe Jesus Christ is true God and true man, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived without sin, was crucified and died for sinners, rose bodily from the dead, ascended in glory, and will come again. Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone.

    The Holy Spirit and the Christian Life

    We believe the Holy Spirit gives new life, unites believers to Christ, dwells in every Christian, and sanctifies us in truth. He equips the Church with gifts and leads believers into repentance, holiness, love, and faithful service.

    The Church and Its Fellowship

    We believe the Church is the one body of Christ, made up of all who belong to Him. Christian fellowship is a gift and responsibility: we encourage one another, bear one another’s burdens, pursue peace, and gather with humility across local churches and traditions.

  6. 06

    Christian Conduct and Charity

    We believe Christian conduct must be governed by love of God and neighbor. Members are expected to speak truthfully, act with integrity, and treat one another — as well as those who disagree with them — with gentleness, patience, charity, and respect. We will pursue conviction without contempt and seek the good of all.

I affirm this statement of faith and desire to participate in the Christian Cigar Association in a manner consistent with it.
